Rockshore (UK) Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 5844941) whose registered office is at Suite 4 The Oast, Forge Hill, Bethersden, Ashford, Kent, TN26 3AF. Our registered VAT number is GB 909837582. Unless we say otherwise, we use the terms “Rockshore”, “we", "us" and “our” to refer to Rockshore (UK) Ltd including throughout the Terms and Conditions and our Help pages. Where we use “you”, “your”, “buyer”, "consumer", “purchaser” and “customer” throughout the Terms and Conditions and our Help pages, shall mean any person, sole trader, partnership, business, body or other entity accessing, browsing, registering, interacting or placing an order on our website

Your use of this website www.rockshore.uk.com, including accessing, browsing, registering and/or purchasing, confirms that you have read, understood and agree to all the terms and conditions contained herein and terms set out on our Help page.
Rockshore has taken every care in the preparation of this website but cannot guarantee that information contained herein is current, up to date, error free or complete. Rockshore disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained within this site and will not accept liability for loss or damage to any person or persons which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any materials on this website.
Rockshore uses reasonable efforts to ensure that this website is free from viruses and other malicious or harmful content however we cannot guarantee that your use of this website (including any content on it or any third party website accessible from it) will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer has current antivirus software to use this website safely and to screen out anything that may damage or harm your computer. Rockshore shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from computer viruses or other malicious code which may affect your computer equipment or other property caused by accessing, browsing or use of this website or by accessing third party websites accessible from it.

All products shown on our website are subject to availability. If items purchased are not in stock, then we will notify you as soon as possible whereupon you will be advised of a delivery date or offered a full refund. Acceptance of your order will take place only when we have dispatched your product(s).
We reserve the right to cancel any order for whatever reason under which circumstances a full refund will be given. Rockshore shall not be liable for any losses which may be suffered if we do not supply product(s) ordered.
2. Product Suitability
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a product is suitable for their vehicle prior to ordering and we strongly advise all customers to our website to make their own enquiries and research before purchasing. If you are in any doubt, please seek professional advice from a qualified technician. Rockshore shall not be liable for any loss of costs incurred by you including delivery costs, handling costs, packaging costs or third party fitting costs.
Rockshore makes no representation that any product referred to on this website is appropriate to use outside the United Kingdom and in respect of non-UK based customers, we are unable to ensure that products contained on this website will be compliant with local laws if local laws apply or be suitable for non-UK vehicles. It is your responsibility to ensure that a product is suitable and that such product(s) comply with local laws if local laws are applicable. Rockshore shall not be liable for any losses.

3. Prices, Payment & Acceptance of Orders
VAT at the UK standard rate is included in all prices where applicable for customers situated in the UK and EC member states only. A VAT receipt can be provided on request. Countries and territories outside of the EC are liable for payment of the advertised price as full cost of the item(s) with no VAT element applied. Payment by debit or credit card is processed at the time the order is placed as an offer by you to purchase from us. However orders are only accepted by us once the product(s) have been dispatched and not on receipt of payment. If we are unable to accept an order and/or supply any product(s) ordered, then we will inform customers by email and a full refund will be made.
We accept most major credit & debit cards which are processed through our online secure payment system operated by Klarna which uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with 128 bit encryption. A secondary level of protection is provided by Mastercard Securecode and Verified by Visa which are also integrated on our website for additional security. After placing your order, you may be asked for your password registered with your bank which identifies you as the cardholder. We are also able to accept payments made through Paypal and Amazon accounts and also cheques from UK clearing banks and postal orders. Items will only be dispatched after cleared payment is received. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear.
Delivery charges start from £1.00 and are based entirely on weight rather than per item purchased. We reserve the right to amend delivery charges at any time in accordance with third party postal and courier companies' charges. If this occurs after an order is placed then customers will be given the opportunity to cancel or proceed with the order. We also reserve the right to re-charge delivery charges if an order is returned to us as undelivered and has not been claimed or called for.
4. Delivery of Goods
We aim to dispatch items in stock within 48 hours of cleared payment (not including weekends & bank holidays) although goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours. However, UK customers should allow up to 7 days for delivery and overseas customers should allow additional time depending on destination. Items are normally sent by Royal Mail or by courier in respect of heavier or larger items. Some items may be delivered directly from the manufacturer/distributor especially in respect of heavier/ larger items. If an order is returned to us as not delivered due to it not being claimed then we reserve the right to re-charge delivery costs.
Please check orders immediately on receipt to ensure correct items have been received. If an incorrectly delivered item is received or a part is missing or an item missing from an order, you must notify us within 4 working days of receipt. We are unable to rectify problems of missing items after this time has elapsed.
If you are outside the UK, you may have to pay additional taxes and/or duty on imported goods. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. You should consult your local Customs office for information.
We are unable to dispatch orders to alternative delivery addresses outside of the UK. Deliveries of orders to non-UK customers will be made to the billing address only. Alternative delivery addresses provided for UK orders will be verified before dispatch which may include, but not limited to, corresponding with the cardholder at the billing address.
All goods are subject to availability. If your item is not in stock then we will notify you immediately by email whereupon you will be advised of a delivery date or offered a full refund. If goods are not supplied, then payment will be refunded in the full amount. Rockshore shall not be liable for any losses which may be suffered if we do not supply goods ordered or such goods ordered arrive damaged or faulty. Acceptance of your order will only take place once we have dispatched your order.
5. Number Plates
In accordance with UK law, we are only able to dispatch road legal number plates once we have been provided with documentation to verify proof of identity and proof of entitlement to the vehicle or registration mark. A list of the acceptable documents can be found by clicking here
6. Gift Vouchers
Rockshore Gift Vouchers redeemed online can only be exchanged for goods of an equal or higher price than the face value of the voucher and can only be exchanged for goods and excludes delivery. Gift Vouchers can be partially redeemed by telephone or postal orders and can be exchanged against the total order value including delivery. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Vouchers can only be emailed at the current time.
7. Loyalty Reward Points
Customers can earn loyalty reward points every time they shop with us online through our website www.rockshore.uk.com and make payment via our 'Alternative Payment Methods' found after clicking 'Checkout by Card payment option in the shopping cart. Through our checkout, customers will also be able to register an account to keep track of reward points earned. For every £1.00 spent (not including delivery charges), loyalty reward points will be awarded at the current value (please click Loyalty Points for current rate). Customers are required to register an online account with us in order to earn, spend and keep track of loyalty reward points. Loyalty reward points can only be applied against the value of goods purchased through our website www.rockshore.uk.com and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. International Delivery
We welcome orders from customers outside of the UK however some products contained on our website can only be delivered to the UK mainland. If you purchase such a product, you will be notified immediately and your order cancelled and refunded in full. Automotive products listed on our website are suitable for UK vehicles and we make no representation that products listed on our website are suitable for non-UK vehicles or that such products are compliant with local laws. We advise all non UK customers to make enquiries and research whether a product is suitable for their vehicle and indeed whether it complies with local law if local law is applicable. If you are outside of the UK, you may have to pay additional taxes and/or duty on imported goods. These charges are outside of our control and are your responsibility. You should consult your local Customs office for information before ordering. Rockshore shall not be liable for any taxes, local duty or custom charges which may become payable on delivery.
9. Lost/Undelivered Items
In the very rare occurrence that an order is not delivered, we will offer to replace or refund the order after 10 working days after dispatch in respect of UK based customers, 20 working days in respect of customers in the EC and 25 working days after dispatch in respect of customers outside of the EC. This is to allow for any unforeseeable delays and is in conjunction with Royal Mail guidelines.
We reserve the right to increase the time periods set out in paragraph 7 during periods of third party strike action which, from time to time, may be taken by third party postal service companies. This is to allow for additional delays this action may cause.
10. Returns & Refunds
10.1 Your Right to Cancel under Consumer Regulations
Under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD) Regulations, customers in the UK and EC have up to 14 calendar days, after receipt, to cancel an order (personalised products are exempt). You must notify us within this 14 calendar day period of your notice to cancel either by email, letter or via our cancellation form which can be found on our Returns Policy page. Product(s) should be returned within 14 days of such cancellation. If no prior notice to cancel is received, we will accept receipt of the returned product(s) as your notice to cancel and in this event, product(s) should be returned within 14 calendar days. If you want to cancel products that are unwanted, you must take reasonable care of the product(s) that you wish to cancel and not use them in accordance with your statutory duty. Product(s) should be returned with all packaging, parts and instructions. If a product is returned with parts missing or shows signs of unreasonable use either of which would lead to a diminished value, then we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover such loss in accordance with the CRD regulations. Otherwise you will be refunded the original amount you paid us for the returned product(s) including original postage costs. If you choose to return product(s) to us, we will not be responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning such product(s). Further information is available from your local Trading Standards office or consumer advice centre.
10.2 Our Standard Returns Policy
Our Standard Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive but allows our customers up to 30 days to return a product to us providing it is unused, in a resaleable condition and is returned with all packaging and parts. We require all returns to be notified to us by email or letter or via our cancellation form which can be found on our Returns Policy page. A refund or replacement will only be given once the product has been received at our premises and for this reason we advise that adequate postal insurance is obtained to cover any loss or damage in transit. If product(s) are returned with parts missing or show signs of use either of which would lead to a diminished value, then we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover such loss or we may return unwanted product(s) back to customers without refund if the product(s) are deemed unsaleable. We are unable to refund any postage costs on unwanted goods.
10.3 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods Received
Faulty Goods - In respect of product(s) that are received faulty or become faulty within the warranty period, please contact us by telephone or email before returning any item to us. We will then advise customers further on the process.
Incorrect Goods Received - In respect of an order that is received but is not what was ordered, please get in touch with us by email or telephone before returning any product to us. We will then advise customers further on how this will be resolved quickly.
Damaged Goods Received or Parts Missing - In respect of products which may arrive damaged or with parts or items missing, please notify us by telephone or email within seven working days of receipt. Unfortunately we are not able to accept claims for damaged goods or missing items after this period has elapsed. We will then advise customers further in relation to resolving the issue as quickly as possible in regards to replacements and refunds and if required, returning products to us.
Rockshore shall not be liable if a product is damaged during fitment by you or a third party person or company. Products returned to us at our request will be examined in respect of any reported damage or fault within a reasonable period of time and the results notified to you. If a product is found to be damaged or faulty in accordance with the product’s guarantee, then a refund or replacement will be given. We will at our discretion refund any reasonable postage costs incurred in returning faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered products if such products were returned at our request.
Personalised Products - Products which have been personalised such as Number Plates cannot be cancelled or returned once an order has entered the processing stage. Please ensure that the correct information is supplied at time of order.

11.1 Rockshore shall not be liable for any damage or loss to products purchased from this website or to personal property resulting from the use of or incorrect fitment of products purchased from this website. Rockshore shall also not be liable for damage or loss to products or personal property resulting from incorrect products purchased. It is your responsibility to ensure that a product is suitable and fit for purpose and if necessary to seek guidance from a suitably qualified technician. Rockshore shall not be liable for any fitting costs including third party costs incurred by you on fitment of any product including any loss of costs incurred.
11.2 Rockshore shall not be liable for any losses which may be suffered if we cannot supply goods ordered, goods are delivered late or such goods ordered arrive damaged or faulty.
11.3 Products such as alloy wheels, steering wheels, hubs and seats must be installed by trained specialists. Incorrect installation can lead to failure which can cause an accident resulting in personal injury or death. For other products purchased from this website, you must seek professional advice by a qualified technician if you are in any doubt as to how a product should be installed. This is to ensure that any such product has been installed correctly. In that respect, you must instruct a qualified technician to install any product you are not qualified to install. Rockshore shall not be liable for any injury or death to persons incurred as a result of the use of or incorrect fitment of products purchased from this website.
11.4 Notwithstanding the above, our total liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence or on any other basis) to you, for any loss or damage shall be limited to the amount paid or payable for the relevant product you ordered from us.
12.1 These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provision is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
12.2 You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any third party unless we agree in writing. We may assign, transfer or sub-contract any of our rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any third party at our discretion.
12.3 We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time to comply with law or to meet changing business requirements without notice to you.
