• Gift Vouchers are emailed after purchase either as an email to the recipient or sent in a printable format.  Please complete the email box with the email address to where you would like the Gift Voucher sent.  If this is being emailed as a gift to someone, please ensure you complete the relevant boxes before adding to cart.
• You can also have the Gift Voucher emailed on any specific day including weekends - just complete the email date or leave blank if you want it sent straightaway
• Gift Vouchers can be sent as an email or sent in a printable format 
• Gift Vouchers are redeemable online, on the telephone or by post and can only be exchanged for goods of an equal or higher amount than the face value of the Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers exchanged online can only be redeemed against goods and excludes delivery. Vouchers exchanged on the telephone or by post can be redeemed against both goods and delivery.  If the order is higher than the face value of the Gift Voucher, then payment for the difference can be made by debit or credit card.
