These studs are designed to be fitted as extension studs to allow the fitment of different wheels where a longer thread is required. The studs are mounted through the back of the wheel hub and the splines on the shoulder of the stud must exactly match the splines in the wheel hubs. **IMPORTANT - It is extremely important that the stud you order has the correct diameter measurement at the splines to match the hole in the back of the wheel hub.

Important Safety Information You should tighten all nuts or bolts to car manufacturer's recommended torque setting. The information can be found in the vehicle handbook. You should also check the tightness of all nuts or bolts after the first 100 miles and periodically check tightness thereafter.
